Screamer was the loyal servant of Count De La Grumpette and operated from Paris, France. He enjoyed roasting marshmallows in his free time and sometimes had dificulty understanding Count Grumpette's thick French accent. Screamer was tasked to fetch a sample of hair from Tracy the Gorilla which the Count intended to use in the creation of a ghost duplicate of Tracy. However, Screamer accidentally got some white paint on the lock of hair, which caused the duplicate Tracy to have one white hand.
