The Robot Guards were programmed to provide savety and controll on Galaxy Airlines' StarWing. When Prime Evil hijacked the enormous flying spaceship, the Robot Guards automatically followed any order he, or any of his Ghosts gave them. The Robots were ordered to stop the Ghostbusters, Futura and Belfry who had boarded the ship. Tracy the Gorilla had the smart idea to drench one of the robots with a waterhose to cause it to short circuit. After that the Ghostbusters found various water-related ways to handle the Guards.

The Robot Guards made their only appearance in the episode Scareplane.
Trivia[]
The character model for the Robot Guards was reused for the Robo-Ghosts in the episode The Fourth Ghostbuster.
