Moon Base Alpha was a human built agricultural base located on the dark side of the moon in the year 2186. The settlers, led by the Mayor of Moon Base Alpha, created a new food source called 'Moon Blooms' which was plentyful enough to wipe out hunger on Earth.
The Ghostbusters and Futura travelled to the year 2186 to put in Ghost Alarms to protect the base. But Prime Evil ordered the vampires Victor and Vampra to stop them.
