The Ghost Slide Projector was not unlike a normal slide projector, except for the fact that it had a skeletal arm on it's side that put slid the slides into place manually.
The Ghostbusters used the slide projector to conduct Ghost I.D. checks. When it turned out that young Corky was much better at identifying well known ghosts such as Long John Scarechrome and Mysteria than Eddie Spenser Jr. was, Jake Kong Jr. wondered if Corky didn't deserve to become an honorary Ghostbuster.
