The Factory Foreman was in charge of a Fire extinguisher factory. When the world was flooded by the melting of the polar caps by Prime Evil's Ghost Dragon, he found it increasingly difficult to find a parking space because of the flooded streets.
Th Ghostbusters visited the factory to ask for the biggest fire extinguisher they made. The Foreman had a model made to fight forest fires installed on Ghost Buggy in the hope that it would be big enough to defeat the Ghost Dragon.
